1:1 Feminine Embodiment Coaching for Women

For the woman who’s done being everything to everyone — and a stranger to herself.

Embodied Woman. Private Coaching. Feminine Embodiment Coaching.

You built your life by being strong.

By pushing through.

By being the one who gets it done.

There’s nothing wrong with that — I feel you. And your feminine, the part you’ve been overriding, is the way back to a more truthful life: one where you honour your boundaries, your energy, your body and your resources without handing in your ambition.

from October 2026

1:1 coaching opens again in October 2026. The waitlist gets first access (and the free welcome call, the moment it’s live).

Because we work with the body and the nervous system, I want you to know I’m trained to hold it: certified in feminine embodiment, and trained in mental-health first aid and suicide prevention. This is gentle work and it’s held carefully 💝

For the good girl, the achiever, the caretaker, the introvert

On the outside, you’ve got your ducks in a row.

Inside, you are soo bloody tired of saying yes when you mean no, overthinking everything, feeling guilty for having needs, being “fine” while your body runs on fumes, and carrying so much that resentment starts leaking through the cracks.

You don’t need more pressure, and you certainly don’t need one more voice telling you to “just be more confident.”

What this looks like in your actual life

When your body says no but your mouth says yes

""Your calendar is already ridiculous: School drop-offs. Work. The business you’re growing in the cracks of the day. Laundry. Dinner. The dog. Your partner asking what the plan is for the weekend.

You can’t remember the last time you sat down without doing three other things.

Then the school messages: Could you bake 24 cupcakes for the summer fair on Friday?

Your whole body tightens. You feel the no immediately — the exhaustion, the pressure, the pure internal eye-roll. And then you watch your own hands type: “Of course, happy to help!

Not because you have the time. Not because you want to. Because you don’t want to be seen as difficult, or selfish, or unreliable. So you say yes. Again.

And at 10:43pm, icing cupcakes, already exhausted and quietly furious, you wonder why you keep doing this to yourself.

That’s the kind of moment we work with. Not just the decision — the body underneath it, the fear underneath that, and the old rule that says keeping everyone happy is safer than telling the truth.

What this work isn’t — and what it is

It isn’t talking in circles about your problems, performing softness, me “fixing” you, or more material for the brain that just feeds the perfectionism.

""It’s embodiment:

  • learning to notice what your body is actually saying,
  • creating enough safety to listen differently,
  • and gently shifting the patterns that have kept you in overdrive.
  • It’s catching yourself before you bulldoze your own limits — hearing “this is too much,” “this isn’t right,” “this is what I actually want” — and staying with yourself long enough to trust it.

What it builds:

  • confidence that isn’t performance,
  • boundaries that aren’t barked out mid-burnout,
  • self-trust that doesn’t evaporate the second someone’s disappointed,
  • and a nervous system with a little more room to breathe.

Successful on paper, still not safe in your own body

""The business works. Clients come. People respect what you do. You’ve done things other women are still dreaming about.

And then you open Instagram and see another coach announcing her sold-out mastermind, another glossy brand shoot, another post that sounds more certain than yours — and your heart drops.

Maybe I’m behind.

Maybe I need one more certification.

Maybe they’ll all realise I’ve been winging it.

So instead of posting the brilliant thing you were about to share,

  • you tweak the website again,
  • rewrite the offer,
  • and research one more training.

From the outside it looks like productivity.

Inside, it’s self-abandonment dressed up as ambition. That’s the other kind of moment we work with — because the issue was never mindset. It’s what happens in your body when visibility, comparison and fear all arrive at once.

What we might work on

  • self-doubt that keeps you from going for what you want
  • people-pleasing and over-giving
  • guilt around having needs
  • overthinking, perfectionism and self-pressure
  • burnout patterns and that chronic, low hum of inner tension
  • visibility fears and imposter feelings
  • boundaries in work, relationships, family and business
  • reconnecting to your desires, your voice, your body, your truth

This isn’t about becoming less loving. It’s about becoming less self-abandoning.

I finally started hearing myself before I hit breaking point. A few sessions with Nadine helped me notice how often I was actually ignoring my own needs to avoid conflict. I feel calmer, clearer, and much more able to speak up before resentment builds. I highly recommend working with her, she's fabulous 💜

I felt so seen and understood, never judged, and gently challenged in the best way. Nadine has a way of helping you come back to yourself without pressure or performance. This work felt powerful and safe at the same time. I didn't think it would be that great but it blew my mind! I'll be back 😉

I’ve done my fair share of coachings, therapies and what not. But embodiment coaching did the trick and creates change that lasts for me. This work changed the way I make decisions. Instead of spiralling in my head, I’ve learned to listen to my body and trust what I feel. I’m more grounded in my business and much kinder to myself. Thanks Nadine, you’re a gem!

The first step: a free 30-minute welcome call

When doors open, we’ll start with a free 30-minute welcome call — a space to breathe, talk, ask anything, and feel into whether this is right for both of us. The waitlist hears the moment it’s live.

Why this matters

You can keep being the woman who copes beautifully while slowly vanishing from her own life.

Or you can learn to show up for yourself, listen to yourself, honour yourself — and build a life that actually feels like yours.

Until October, you can step into my world through the free tools, the blog, and Rise & Shine.

Loads of love,

Nadine xxx
